I have a request from a Danish company, looking for a supplier of steel manufacturing parts (laser cutting, bending, laser welding), with the requirements below. It’s a requirement that the supplier is used to deliver products in the quantity described and with the certifications mentioned.

Company certificate required: EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 3834 (wish traceability)

Material: 2mm and 3mm, Weldox 700/Strenx 700 or similar S700MC/S690QL alloy

Typically, size: (max) 400x600x5600 mm

Tolerance: +/- 2 mm Twist + /- 0,5 ° Angle + - 0,5 °

Bending process: R 10 mm

Welding process: laser welding (profile pipe welding)

Surface treatment: none

Number: 10 different parts, each 10-100 pcs./year’
