The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) provides advice on legislation, entrepreneurship, international cooperation, fundraising, as well as technology and innovation audits to help with international technology transfer.
EEN is a European Commission project, the main objective of which is to help small and medium-sized enterprises grow internationally.

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is one of the components of COSME, the European Union’s Programme of 2014-2020 for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (formerly the European Commission’s Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) 2007-2013), which operates as a one-stop agency to provide a unified service.
EEN is the world’s largest technology transfer and business network. It was created as a result of the merger of the previous Innovation Relay Centre (IRC) and Euro Info Centre networks into a joint Enterprise Europe Network project. In Latvia, it is implemented under the name of EEN-LV. The network brings together more than 600 organisations in over 60 countries. All EEN services are free. In Latvia, EEN services are provided by the Latvian Technological Centre (LTC) and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).
