The application for grant will be available after receiving the digital development roadmap.
The program aims to promote the digitization of processes in commercial activities and increase productivity by investing targeted resources to create higher added value in business processes, promoting Latvia's competitiveness.
Support is as a grant after successful implementation of digitalization activities in company.
Support is intended for developing or implementing digital products, services, and applications, and digital solutions for transforming your services, products, or processes.
Before application, you have to contact to EDIC (European Digital Innovation Center, Latvian IT cluster, dih.lv) to take the digital maturity test and receive a digital development road map for the digitalization activities to implement.
*VAT is paid by the beneficiary; Grants cover only part of the eligible costs, and the grant beneficiaries must pay part of the costs on their own.
**Support is provided as Regional aid (Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014). If the applicant does not meet the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, the application may be evaluated according to de minimis regulation (Commission Regulation No. 1407/2013, Regulation No. 717/2014, or Regulation No. 1408/2013).

Criteria for granting support:
Amount of support (30%-60%) depends on the size of beneficiary and actual address in region (not by registered office address, if it is not the same).

2. Personnel management | human resources management, work delegation, staff involvement, evaluation, and motivation; |
3. Sales | customer acquisition and transaction management, sales and transaction tracking, e-commerce, digital marketing, digital transformation in retail digital solutions for retail, Customer relationship management – CRM; |
4. Resource management | enterprise resource planning – ERP, warehouse management systems, energy management; |
5. Data management | data security, data storage, and communication infrastructure; |
6.Transport and logistics | the internet of things (IoT), smart mobility solutions, traffic monitoring; |
7.Production and quality control | automation in manufacturing, business process automation, quality management system, data synchronization, and data analytics; |
8. Operational management | business management, business analytics, big data analytics, management decision-making solution, data automation, synchronization; |
9. Strategic management | digital innovation and digital innovation strategies; |
10. ICT products, technologies, and security. |
