Until the end of 2024, the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) continues to offer Latvian entrepreneurs the development opportunities of the Bilateral Cooperation Fund of the Norway Grants: to promote cooperation and establish contacts with companies, research organisations and other institutions in Norway.

The purpose of the initiatives of the Bilateral Cooperation Fund is to strengthen cooperation between Latvia and Norway and to improve knowledge, understanding and development in areas such as green innovation, welfare technologies, as well as information and communication technologies.

The implementation of the initiatives of the Bilateral Cooperation Fund is ensured by LIAA in cooperation with the donor state programme partner – Innovation Norway.
