The company's goal is to operate in the field of microbiology and biotechnology, using a new strain of the lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus Helveticus transferred to/owned by the company, created in Latvia, to resume the production of a fermented milk product (yogurt type) with high added value, as well as to arrive at the lyophilization process (pilver) of the aforementioned bacteria as a result of experiments, which would be further produced as a food additive/natural probiotic suitable for humans and animals.
