Staffing (also known as Employee Leasing) is an HR service that enables companies to take on additional employees but without the need to employ them directly.

We provide recruitment, HR administration and payroll management services in line with Latvian law, while the client company supervises the daily work of employees and ensures work safety.

We have provided international companies with more than 550 employees in sales, business development, accounting, administration, pharmaceuticals, software engineering, IT administration and many other sectors.

Remote employees in Latvia. We also provide international companies with employees in Latvia that work remotely. We act as an employer and take care about HR administration, work safety and payroll management. We also provide health insurance, mobile phone, laptop, company car and handle business trips abroad when needed.
