"Keep the Change" is a non-profit organization located in the Dienvidkurzeme region of Latvia, founded in 2017. The organization’s main areas of focus include self-development, motivation, stress management, social and emotional skills, sports, health, and the acquisition of essential life skills for personal and professional growth.

The organization’s focus areas include:

Project development, securing funding, and implementing projects (locally and internationally). The primary target audience is young people aged 18 to 30. Through various activities, the organization aims to:
- Support young people in setting goals and finding their career paths;
- Foster the development of skills needed for both personal and professional life;
- Encourage idea development and provide insights into starting a business.

The organization is open to new project opportunities and building lasting partnerships across sectors and with different NGOs. Establishing partnerships between organizations allows for the development of new ideas aimed at improving young people’s lives and taking active steps in this direction.

The organization's staff members have actively worked in the youth field for many years. Internationally, "Keep the Change" has partnered on numerous projects in Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Georgia, Albania, Serbia, and other countries. Our NGO focuses on fostering strong partnerships and high-quality projects to provide young people with opportunities for personal and professional growth, equip them with new knowledge, and enable them, after project participation, to improve their lives and share the acquired knowledge with society.

Since 2024, "Keep the Change" has been organizing growth events for women under the name "Ideju katalizators" ("Idea Catalyst"), where owners of small and medium-sized businesses, self-employed women, and other women interested in growth meet several times a month to discuss business development, professional, and personal growth. The program includes mastermind sessions and sessions on various topics crucial to business growth, providing participants with valuable knowledge and inspiration for further development.
