SIA "Úgumaize" is a family company with its own brand Edamdārzs. It is a berry u-pick and recreation garden. The main direction of the company is rural tourism, because in Edamdārzs it is possible to pick berries and fruits of 16 different crops, as well as relax in one of the well-equipped picnic areas, which will be the main focus in the upcoming years. The garden was planted in 2021 and was first opened to visitors in the 2024 season, when the berry bushes began to produce. The response of visitors is great and already in the first month of operation, a circle of regular customers was formed, who regularly return to the garden. The garden area is planned to be rented out for various events in the coming years.
