The company's main activity is the production of compact houses for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets. The company has achieved the goal of the first phase by finding and providing intermediary services in the construction industry to Latvian compact house manufacturers, thus familiarizing itself with the building codes of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We have successfully coordinated more than 45 house projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on our own. We have currently developed our own production facility, which focuses on the production of CLT (cross-laminated timber) buildings, which is currently particularly popular in our target countries. At the same time, we are cooperating with several Latvian production companies that both produce the CLT material itself and can also offer houses up to a specific construction process. Thus, we are able to meet the demand of the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. The current number of orders at the moment is 42 houses, which we will implement both by building ourselves and in partnerships.
