The object “Audrupi” (cadastral number 40640120011) with a total area of 9.85 hectares is located in a strategically advantageous location - in the center of Latvia, 50 km from Riga and 40 km from the Lithuanian border. Access to the property is via the A7 Riga-Bauska highway, turning into the V9 highway in Iecava and then the V1040. The nearest settlement - Iecava is 3 km away.

The property is mainly surrounded by agricultural land and forests. The nearest buildings in the area are private houses and farmsteads.

The property includes 17 buildings. 9 warehouses, currently used for grain storage, 6 warehouses are to be demolished and used as building materials. There is an administrative building on the territory.

The facility is supplied with: gas with a maximum capacity of 10MW and electricity 55A. There is a transformer building with two high-voltage lines on the territory.

The adjacent agricultural land of 29.02 ha is available for purchase by separate agreement with the owner. If necessary, the land status can be changed to use for other purposes.
