Entrepreneurs invited to take part in the Entrepreneur Experience Days

Starting from today entrepreneurs can register for the Entrepreneur Experience Days where we invite them to share their experience and knowledge for business development. As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which takes place in more than 180 countries around the world, we encourage companies and organisations to organise their own Experience Day from 7 to 17 November. Until 17 November, or until any Experience Day is available, registration is open for participants who want to learn about the experience of other companies and organisations, make new business contacts and possibly also generate new business ideas through such synergy. Participants can register on the platform: www.pieredzesdienas.lv.

This year too we invite not only those who own their own business, but also experts, company employees, representatives of public institutions and non-governmental organisations, as well as educators connected with the field of entrepreneurship. The digital platform for the Entrepreneur Experience Days is provided by Swedbank, with the initiative organised in cooperation with the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LTRK) and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).

This experience exchange initiative urges you to hear and understand how other entrepreneurs or organisations are tackling similar problems, this way arriving at new insights and making the best decision for your business. So far, the Entrepreneur Experience Days have enabled more than 400 companies in Latvia to share their experiences, whose good feedback and benefits have encouraged the continuation of the initiative,” says Jevgenijs Ivanovs, Jevgenijs Ivanovs, Acting Head of Corporate Customer Division.

It is now very important for the business community to stick together, generate new ideas and exchange experiences in order to overcome the difficulties of the crisis and get back on the growth path as quickly as possible.”

The Global Entrepreneurship Week is an international movement with events taking place in over 180 countries - tens of thousands of events, activities and competitions that inspire millions of people to explore their potential as entrepreneurs, while networking and fostering collaboration. Launched in 2008 with national campaigns in 77 countries, it has expanded to engage around 10 million participants.
