Entrepreneurs Invited to Participate in Business.gov.lv Usability Tests

Business.gov.lv organizes usability testing to enhance the site's functionality. The goal of the tests is to identify potential issues in the user interface and improve platform accessibility. It is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to provide valuable feedback, thereby influencing service quality.

The tests will be held remotely from December 1 to 10, each lasting approximately 30 minutes. Participants will complete simple tasks to help assess the platform's ease of use.

During the program, the focus will be on user experience, ease of navigation, and accessibility aspects. For entrepreneurs, it is a great way to be involved in the development of the platform to ensure better access to state support options for themselves and others.
