Support

A loan of up to EUR 6.5 million for a group of related companies in total.
A capital discount for the repayment of the loan principal of up to 30% of the project’s total costs, excluding VAT.
The maximum capital discount available within this program for a group of related parties is EUR 1.95 million.

Program description

LEADER CLLD (Community-led Local Development) is a European Union support initiative program designed to promote rural development, particularly by encouraging local residents to participate in decision-making about the future of their communities. The measure is implemented through local action groups (LAGs), which organize calls for project proposals and carry out an initial assessment of project ideas in accordance with the Strategy.

The measure is administered by the Rural Support Service.

Who can apply

Legal or natural persons who are starting or carrying out economic activities;

Turnover of no more than EUR 350,000 in the year preceding the submission of the project

Type of support

- Creation/development of products and services;  

- Improvement of the production and sales environment (markets, platforms, e-shops);  

- Building recognition;  

- Creation of quality working conditions.

Program description

Altum offers loans to micro, small, and medium-sized businesses that are involved in the primary production and processing of agricultural products, fishing, and aquaculture, as well as the initial processing of these products. Loans can also be applied for by natural persons (e.g., self-employed persons, sole traders), farms, associations, foundations, cooperatives, etc., which have registered their economic activity with the State Revenue Service or the Register of Enterprises.

Program description

In the third round of the EU funding programme developed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (VARAM), support will be provided for projects that improve the efficiency of public water management services and reduce environmental pollution in populated areas with between 2,000 and 10,000 inhabitants.

Who can apply

Municipalities or their established institutions (including agencies), or capital companies that have concluded a service agreement with the municipality for the provision of public water management services.

Type of support

Project applications may include the following eligible activities, involving investments in the creation, reconstruction, or renovation of infrastructure, as well as ensuring its functionality:

• construction, reconstruction, and renovation of centralized sewerage systems;
• construction, reconstruction, and renovation of pressure pipelines and treated wastewater outlets;
• construction, reconstruction, and renovation of wastewater pumping stations;
• increasing the capacity and improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment plants and equipment;
• construction of new wastewater treatment plants, where technically and economically justified;
• construction, reconstruction, and renovation of wastewater sludge dewatering and treatment facilities;
• activities ensuring compliance with the horizontal principles “Do No Significant Harm,” “Energy Efficiency First,” “Climate Resilience,” and “Equality, Inclusion, Non-Discrimination and Respect for Fundamental Rights”;
• communication and visual identity activities related to project implementation.

Support

EU funds may be invested in the construction, reconstruction, and renovation of centralized sewerage systems, pressure pipelines, and pumping stations, as well as in improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment and sludge processing facilities. Up to 65% of the total eligible project costs will be financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The available ERDF funding amounts to €21,453,617.
