European Business Support Network (EEN) consultations on foreign markets


In order to promote the growth of the company's export capacity, interested parties can receive information about potential cooperation partners, aspects of business legislation abroad, market information, as well as information about other services provided by the European Business Support Network (Enterprise Europe Network – EEN).
The European Business Support Network, which operates in more than 60 countries around the world on the initiative of the European Commission, helps small and medium-sized enterprises to develop internationally.

Who is it for?
Consultations in the European Enterprise Network (EEN) are intended for Latvian SMEs looking to expand their business into foreign markets, find cooperation partners, or increase exports.
Support provided by the programme
- Assistance in cooperating with foreign companies and establishing international partnerships.
- Export market research and advice on legislation, customs tariffs, and regulatory requirements in other countries.
- Consultations on EU projects, innovation, and technology transfer.
- Free subscription to public procurement systems for companies aiming to expand their market reach.
Duration / Term
- The new EEN Latvia project period runs from 1 July 2025 to the end of 2028.
Requirements / Qualification
- The service is available only to companies meeting the SME definition.
- EEN operates on a “one-stop agency” principle — businesses can approach any EEN contact point and receive unified support.
