Where can I find LIAA services in the future?

Turpmāk LIAA pakalpojumus var atrast zem jauna apakšdomēna: liaa.business.gov.lv

All LIAA e-services will be available in a separate subdomain liaa.business.gov.lv, maintaining the existing functionality while being included in the overall Business.gov.lv unified state services ecosystem.

The new version of the Business.gov.lv platform, created as a single state digital contact point for entrepreneurs, began operating on February 18. Therefore, the website has been significantly redesigned both visually and in content, providing a wider range of services, structured information according to entrepreneurs' life situations, and integration with the systems of other institutions.

 

Importantly, the services of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) are not disappearing anywhere. From now on, all LIAA e-services will be available in a separate subdomain liaa.business.gov.lv, maintaining the existing functionality, while being included in the overall Business.gov.lv unified state service ecosystem.

 

Access to LIAA e-services is provided in two ways:

  • entering the address in the browser liaa.business.gov.lv;

  • using the Business.gov.lv main menu, where the “To LIAA services” link is available, which redirects to the Latvian Investment and Development Agency e-services environment.

 

 

Important to know:

  • LIAA's e-service environment and content will remain.

  • The platform structure is changing – business.gov.lv is becoming an extensive catalog of state services with more than 600 services.

  • LIAA services are integrated into this unified environment, but are available in a separate section.

The platform is being developed within the framework of the European Union Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Investment 2.1.2.1. “Digital Services Platform business.gov.lv”, in close cooperation with state institutions and business representatives.
Its development is taking place gradually - by testing solutions, improving usability and adapting the platform to the real needs of entrepreneurs. Special attention has been paid to user experience in the development process – entrepreneurs are actively involved in testing and provide feedback on the ease of use of the platform.
The project “Digital Services Platform for Promoting Business Development” is implemented with funding from the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (NextGenerationEU).
