In the old town of Bauska, on the banks of the picturesque Mēmele river, there is a historic and renovated brewery. The property consists of a complex of buildings with an established brewery, which is one of the rare breweries in Latvia that operated in historical buildings built several centuries ago. When renovating one of the oldest breweries in Latvia, special attention was paid to ensure that the latest technologies are organically included in the architectural monument of national importance, which is located in the territory of the Bauska Nature Park and its pride is the historical underground cellars where beer was fermented and stored. The total area of the property consists of more than 10 buildings with a total land area of 6,426 m2 and a total area of premises ~ 7,600 m2. In 2006, the part of the property that was used for the factory's capacity, which is approximately 25% of the total area of the premises, was reconstructed. The offer includes all necessary equipment, machinery for the production and packaging of beverages.
